1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 1xroll (hereafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual who registers, accesses or uses the 1xroll platform at the domain https://1xroll.cam (hereafter "the Site"). The Platform is operated by its registered corporate entity under international gaming licensing.

By creating an account, logging in or placing any wager on the Site, you (hereafter "Player", "User", "you" or "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not use the Site.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotion terms that 1xroll may publish from time to time. In the event of conflict, the most specific document shall govern the matter in question.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on 1xroll, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age. 1xroll does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register or use an Account under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction in which you reside or are physically located at the time of access.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by national law and in which accessing the Platform would expose you to criminal liability.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy or representative for any undisclosed third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of 1xroll, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

4Account Registration and KYC

All information submitted during account registration must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5Terms of Use

When using the 1xroll Platform, you agree to comply with the following conduct requirements:

• You must not attempt to access the Platform through automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any other non-human access method.
• You must not use the Platform in connection with any form of fraud, collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse or organised advantage play that distorts normal gameplay.
• You must not attempt to circumvent technical safeguards, reverse-engineer platform software or exploit bugs for financial gain. Any identified software vulnerability must be reported to 1xroll immediately rather than exploited.
• You must not engage in any money laundering activities or use the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful sources.
• You must not use a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• You must use only payment methods held in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• You must maintain only one Account at any one time. If you hold multiple Accounts, 1xroll may close all accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

1xroll reserves the right to void wagers and suspend or close accounts where a breach of these use conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.

7Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 1xroll are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering within the stated expiry period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates (typically 100% for slots, lower percentages for live dealer and table games) are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While Bonus Funds are active on your Account, maximum single-wager limits apply as stated in the relevant promotion. Placing wagers above the stated maximum while Bonus Funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Promotional abuse: 1xroll reserves the right to refuse, reclaim or cancel bonuses where evidence of promotional abuse, duplicate accounts or systematic bonus exploitation is identified. This determination is made at 1xroll's reasonable discretion.
• Birthday and referral bonuses: Tier-based birthday bonuses and refer-a-friend rewards are subject to separate terms covering verification requirements, minimum activity thresholds and payment timing.

8Games and Betting Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets available on 1xroll are supplied by licensed international game providers. Each game category is subject to its own specific rules displayed within the game interface or market detail page. The following general provisions apply across all game and betting activity on the Platform.

• All game outcomes are determined by independent, certified random number generation systems or by verifiable sporting events.
• Wagers are final once confirmed. Players must review all bet details before submitting a wager, as confirmed bets cannot be changed or reversed except in circumstances where 1xroll explicitly permits early cash-out or bet cancellation for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game or sports event, 1xroll reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Player accounts.
• Live betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, international football and UFC events) may be suspended without notice due to match events, data feed delays or regulatory requirements.
• 1xroll does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular game, provider or market. Game content may be withdrawn or modified subject to licensing and supplier agreements.
• Any wager placed using proceeds derived from fraud, theft or any unlawful activity will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.

9Responsible Gambling

1xroll is committed to providing a responsible online gaming environment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that all wagers carry the risk of losing the full amount staked.

10Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, graphics, text and other material on the 1xroll Platform are the intellectual property of 1xroll or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No Player is granted any right, licence or interest in such material beyond the limited personal, non-commercial right to access the Site for lawful gaming purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from or exploit any content from the Site without the prior written consent of 1xroll. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account suspension and legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xroll shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or other commercial loss.

1xroll's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1xroll makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free service, or the accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the Site.

12Account Suspension and Closure

1xroll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification to the Platform's reasonable satisfaction
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the Platform in connection with criminal conduct
• Provision of false, misleading or outdated registration information
• Identification of duplicate accounts held by the same individual
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools
• At the Player's own voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion

Upon account closure, any Real Funds balance remaining after deduction of outstanding liabilities and pending review of any withdrawal restrictions will be returned to the Player using the most recent verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless 1xroll determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

13Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1xroll holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Malaysian players acknowledge that no Malaysian court or regulatory authority has jurisdiction over the Platform's operational activities and that 1xroll does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in relation to its licensing or operational decisions.

14Amendments to These Terms

1xroll reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, where reasonably practicable, notified to registered Players by email or in-platform notice. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms may close their Account by contacting the support team, provided that any outstanding wagering activity and withdrawal reviews are first completed.
